   日本インダストリアル・デザイナーの巨匠、柳宗理（Sori Yanagi）。オリンピックの聖火台や家具、食器、カトラリーなど、作品広範囲に及ぶ。1952年、柳工業デザイン研究会を設立。以来、一貫して「使いよさ」を追及し続ける。その思想には、父であり日本民芸運動の中心的存在であった柳宗悦の影響も少なくない。鍋の持ち手、キッチンツールのカーブ。それら一つ一つが、立体模型により実際に使い勝手を検証しながら生み出されていく。ストイックなまでに贅をそぎ落とし、フォルム、使いやすさ、美しさ、すべてにおいて洗練されたものだけが残る。

両刃でしかもこの値段。柄の部分が刃と一体化しているので、非常に清潔。配送されるまで高い買物かもと疑心暗鬼したのが、一掃。一生もの。野菜のフレッシュさを十分に発揮させることができそう、スパーッと切れる。握りやすく、フォルムもすっきり。文句なくお薦め。

とても気持ち良く切れます♪
一見、重たそうに見えたのですが、軽いです。
買って早速試したのは、たくさん重ねたサンドイッチと柔らかなケーキ。
スパッと切れて、感動！！
きれいな切り口も、味のうちですね♪
シンプルな美しさは、使っていてちょっと嬉しくなります。

堅いパン、柔らかいパン、ベーグルなどなんでもサクサク切れて非常に便利です。
切れ味がいいので、ちょっと指に当たっただけでさっくり切れちゃうという事故もありましたが(^^;

おすすめ＠ただし取り扱いに注意
