映画自体は素晴らしいはずなのに、馴染みのあるあの超有名曲(キースモリソン作曲のね)が無いと全然違う感じ。あの名曲は、現在の音楽シーンでも通用するぐらいの完成度を誇ってるのに勿体ないょ。ジャッキーファンの自分としては勿論香港公開版も観れて嬉しいが、日本公開版も出すべし!メーカーさん、がんばって!

ジャッキー映画の中でもベスト３には入るだろう名勝負(僕的に）、ベニーとの死闘！！
スパルタンXは良くも悪くもこのラストバトルで名作となりました。
まあ、ストーリーは今観ると、ちと、物足りなさがあります。

で、このDVD、香港公開版つう事で音楽が違う！！スパルタンXのテーマも無けりゃ、ラストでジャッキーが｢リラックス」て言った後のあの燃えるBGMも、なんか中国風ののんびりした音楽に。。。まあ、これはこれでありっちゃあ、ありなんですが。。やっぱ昔からスパルタン観てる人には違和感ありありですな。。。音楽てやっぱ大事ですね。

　残念ながら、日本語吹き替えが収録されていない。これがマイナス。是非、消費者が満足いく形で再発してもらいたい。

　内容は、、ジャッキー、サモ・ハン、ユン・ピョウ。素晴らしい俳優達の共演です。笑いももちろんありますし、カンフーシーンも満載。

　余談ですが、昔、ゲームにもありましたね。
