｢全力少年｣でスキマスイッチに興味を持ち、
軽い気持ちで買ったアルバムだったのですが、
今ではどっぷりとはまってしまっています。
このアルバムは色々な曲があり、聞いていて飽きません。
思わず口ずさんでしまうような｢ふれて未来を｣や、
心に染みるバラードである｢奏｣は本当に良いです。
キレイで覚えやすいメロディと親近感が持てる飾らない歌詞が素敵です。
一曲一曲丁寧に作ってあるなぁという感じで、
スキマスイッチの音楽に対する真摯な姿勢がうかがえます。
久しぶりに良いアルバムに出会ったと思えるアルバムでした。

　どの曲一つとってもクオリティーの高い曲で構成されたアルバムです。この曲数の２倍以上の中から選び抜いた１２曲だそうです。デビューしてからまだ経っていない彼らですが長い下積み時代の苦労が垣間見れます。「奏」を最後に持ってくるというのは初めから決まっていたそうで、それに導かれることをイメージしてつくったそうです。
　ただおしい点を一つ挙げるならばシングルのカップリングに毎回あるインストがボーナストラック的な１曲しかないのが残念です。（冗談でインストのみのアルバムをつくりたいとおっしゃっていましたが）また有名アーティストの参加している曲もあり「view」の中ではハーモニカとして山崎まさよしも参加しています。
　とにかく何度聴いても飽きない、良いアルバムなので長く聴くことができると思います。

日本のPOPSに元気がないと思っているあなた。そこのあなた。
是非スキマスイッチを聴いてくださいな。
この２人の作詞・作曲・編曲の腕はかなりのもんですよ。
しかもあらゆる年齢層の琴線にふれる何かを持っている
数少ないミュージシャンだと思います。
このアルバムを聴いていると、「日本のPOPSの未来は明るい。」とそう思えます。
