メーカーについて

   1845年に金属加工、刃物産業で有名なドイツはガイスリンゲンにおいて創業されたWMF（ダブルエムエフ）社。正式社名は「Wurttembergische Metallwaren fabrik（ヴュルテンベルギッシェ・メタルヴァーレン・ファブリーク）」で、「WMF」は頭文字をとった略称。創業以来のコンセプトは「よりよい高級ハウスウエアづくり」。高品質で洗練されたデザインを持つ製品は、世界各国で高い評価と信頼を得ている。

マグ２杯分くらいのミルク紅茶・チャイを作るのに使っています。
重量があって扱いやすい。
金属の取っ手は思ったほどには熱くならないので、取っ手を掴むのにミトンは不要です。
全周に鍔が付いていますが、この縁の形のお陰で、鍋から直接スープやミルクを食器に注いでも、鍋の側面を伝って液垂れしません。この点が特にお薦めで、液垂れを防ぐのに箸やスプーンを添える必要が無くて、片手が取られなくて具合がよろしい。
取っ手の付け根が洗い難いのが難点。

　直径だけでなく深さも表示していただきたい。
届いてから、もう少し容量のあるものがほしかったのに！でした。でも、返品せずに使うことにしました。
デンマークのおなじデザイナーの商品のものを愛用しているので、WMF社のものも、デザイン、品質共に合いいますから。
あぁ、...あと２センチ程深ければ、本当に言うことナシなのに...残念！　
でも、毎度というわけにはいきません。直径だけでなく、高さの表示、ぜひお願いいたします。

結構量が入ると思いました。深さが７ｃｍあり、お味噌汁が２杯分作れます（具がすごく多いと無理ですが）。
ソースパンという名のとおりソース作りや、乾物煮たりと少量作るのに良いサイズだと思います。熱伝導も良いです。
