名曲エンオニ・モリコーネのメロディーにいざなわれ、伊集院静さん作詞のサンクチュアリにつづき、５曲目の「新緑」は、明るくて軽やかな現代風なメロディー（どことなく、ミーシャとか今時のおしゃれな感じで、明日香さんの新しい魅力が楽しめます）といった感じで前半は、軽やかで柔らか、後半は「もう一度あなたに会いたい」でしっとりした後、どっしりと聴きごたえのある楽曲で閉められています。ボーナストラックのピアノ・アコースティックバージョンが思いのほか良かったです。おぉ~~林明日香！という曲と、ん？これも、林明日香？！って言うのと両方楽しめます。あと、歌詞カードがレトロな感じで、すっごくイイ！キャラメルの昔バージョンとかあるじゃないですか？そんな雰囲気ですよ（笑）

ake-kazeを聴いてファンになり、今までこの方のCDはほとんど買いましたが、その中でもこのCDはお気に入りです。
押し付けがましくないんだけど、力強くて存在感のある歌声はいつ聴いても飽きがこない。アップテンポな「花結び」や「十二単」のような深い曲まで様々あるので、林明日香さんを知りたいならこのCDを買うのも一つの手かと。
（それか「咲」もオススメします）

とにかく完成度が高い！
1stアルバムもよいのですが、シングルで出た曲以外でそんなに印象に残るものはありませんでした。
しかし、こちらのアルバムは、『花結び』『風の凱歌』等、かなり気に入った曲がたくさんありました。
林明日香さんは今3つのアルバムを出していますが、このアルバムが一番良いと思います。
