先に輸入版を購入しましたが、日本版は日本版のジャケット＋歌詞がついていて更にいいと思いました。曲目は日本版ということでSpeeding motorcycleのシングルに収録されていたカップリング曲を付け足したという感じです。こちらにも歌詞がついています。
やっぱり歌詞をみながら聞くと、メアリーの曲が更にいいなぁと感じさせられます。

声もいいし、ギターもメロディーも普通にいい。なんかアメリカの本当のオルタナって感じ。
オリジナルのデビュー作から聴いたんではなく前作「Lights are chaging」を買ってからの人です。前作よりアップな曲が多く、スローな曲とのバランスがよく、飽きないです。
日ごろUKばっかり聴くけど、やっぱシンガーソングライターはUSって改めて思いました。

本人が望むように10年後、20年後も聴いていられる、たまに聴きたくなる良さを持ってます。
