今回は公安９課メンバーの中でも常に少佐のバックアップ的存在の二人がメインとなったストーリーです。

パズのストーリーが泣ける程楽しみにしてました。
もう何度も何度も観て浸ってます。
公安メンバーの中でも異色な存在であるパズならではの大人な雰囲気漂う内容となっております。
ので、観る人によっては好みがハッキリと分かれる気がしますね。

そしてサイトーです。
相手に自らの心理を読ませないポーカーを掛けながらの少佐との出逢いを描いています。
戦地に於いて周りの状況に冷静に対応し、互いの心理を読みながら対峙するサイトーと素子。
その結末は攻殻ならではの一癖も二癖もあるいいモノでした。

「最高！」
この言葉に尽きないクオリティの高いアニメだと思います。

サイトーと素子がめちゃかっこよかったです。
ただ攻めるのではない、先の先まで相手の行動を読んで行動する２人だけの戦い。これは熱いです。
