私はポカホンタスIが大好きで大好きで大好きでした。先住民族のポカホンタスとイギリス人のジョン＝スミスの恋がとても美しく、素敵だったからです。最後ジョン＝スミスがけがの治療をするためイギリスに戻り、二人は離ればなれになって終わったI。２年前レンタルビデオ屋でIIのビデオを見つけたときのあの感動、あの嬉しさ。IIはポカホンタスがイギリスに行くという内容で、ついにハッピーエンドが来たんだ！！と思いました。期待に期待して、それはもうルンルン気分で家に帰って見ました。そして・・・・・・・・・絶句。あまりにもひどすぎる。何なんだこれは。ホントにポカの続編なのか！？ジョン＝スミスはIとIIではまるで別人。彼が好きだった私は、IIで彼が最低軽薄男になっているのが許せません！！しかもポカホンタス本人は違う英国人と恋に落ちる始末。悪夢です。その日のうちにビデオは返却しました。それから何週間もの間、ポカホンタスIIの内容は全て忘れよう、無かったことにしようと努めました。はっきり言ってこれほどひどい続編はありません。後悔したくなければ、見ないことをお勧めします。

１で、ポカホンタスとジョン　スミスの間に、離れていても変わらない永遠の愛のようなものが芽生えたと思ったのに、この２ではなんとその愛は終わってしまうのです。１の続編としてではなく、単独の作品としてみるなら、いいメッセージもこめられていると思いますが、１のポカホンタスたちのイメージが強い人にはあまりおすすめできません。残念ながら（＞０＜）

初めて「ビデオを早送りする」ということをやってしまった
記念すべき作品。
他の皆様とおなじく、1で「カラー・オブ・ザ・ウィンド」の
あまりの美しさに感動して、
その感情に押し流されて続けて見た2、
…あの感動は、ど、どこに?
あんまりでした…ひどすぎるーーー!!!
しかし一応他の2ものに比べて
作画レベルは高いのが余計に悔しい…。
