4.0 out of 5 stars ポストハードコアからカルトバンドへの接近, 2004/12/5
最初にこの作品を聞いたとき、ここまでの変貌ぶりに驚いた。前作からおよそ一年でこんなに変わってしまったのかと。前作はリズムは面白いものの、当時のニューウェーブリバイバルバンドによくあるようなサウンドであると思った。しかし、このアルバムでは、レジデンツ、タキシードムーン、ペルユピュなどに代表される変態カルトバンドのごとき展開やリズムの中に、ハードでソリッドな音をうまくブレンドしており、よりハードコア的アプローチをはっきりさせることにも成功させている作品になったと思う。ここまで性急にサウンドが変化してまったことで、このバンドではやることがなくなってしまうのだろうか？解散は惜しいが、これを聞くと妙に納得してしまう。

この2ndアルバムをもって解散してしまって非常に残念でなりません。
1stにあった疾走感は薄れたものの音の混沌度は更に増しています。
グシャグシャになりながらも聴かせてしまうところはTHE POP GROUPを彷彿とさせると感じました。特にVoのキレ具合は聴いてて笑ってしまうくらい。

一度でいいから生で見たかった･･･、そんなバンドがまたひとつ。

前作、好きだったんですよ。
で、２作目を待つ間、ジャッキーＯマザーファッカー経由でエクスペリメンタルフォーク？をずっと聴いてて、それでこの作品ですよ。
しびれましたね。
いやーこっちにきていたか、と。
前作と方向性は変わってますが、相対的にはこの作品がずっと良いですネェ。
