若く美しく、情熱的で、無邪気で、破滅的で、退廃的な男・クラヴィーゴ・・・
なんてニコラにぴったりな役！
マリー(クレルマリ・オスタ)の役どころはちょっとジュリエットのようですが、
ジュリエットほど幼くなく、ジュリエットほど強い意志を持たない、
未知の官能に翻弄され、クラヴィーゴの運命に巻き込まれる悲劇の女といったところです。

恋狂いのもどかしさや胸苦しさがオスタの演技からじんじん伝わって、
こっちまで息苦しくなるほどでした。
その他のキャストも、ベスト・キャストと言えるのではないでしょうか。
マリーの兄-端正な美貌のヤン・サイズ
異邦人-強さ・大きさ・美しさ・すべてが圧倒的なマリ＝アニエス・ジロ
カルロス-セクシーな悪役がぴったりのヤン・ブリダール

キャスト以外にも、星5つの要素たっぷりです。
透明感の有るシンプルで美しい舞台装置。
ひとつのモチーフを延々と繰り返すことで高揚感をひきだす音楽。
体の線がすでに美しいシンメトリーを描くコール・ド・バレエ。
パリ･オペラ座ってすばらしいです！
