まさにシンプルイズベスト。余計な機能は一切ありません。
何よりも安く、値段と比較して十分すぎるほど見れて、
操作も簡単です。

・複雑な機能はいらない。ただＤＶＤを見れればいい。
・とにかく安くて、それでいてちゃんと使えればよい。

以上のような方におすすめです。
基本的な機能（スームインや素早い早送り・巻き戻し・等）

は備わっており、１年保障・説明書等すべて日本語表示。とにかく安さを求める
方におすすめの商品です。

数年前に買ったDVDプレーヤーがたまに再生出来ない市販ソフトが
在ったりしたのでアナログ5.1ch出力に引かれて買い換えてみました。
以下製品概要の補足です。

・JPEGやMP3のファイルネームですが2バイト文字は表示できずに化けます。
・バーチャルサラウンドは4モード。2ch出力時にドルビーデジタル音源で使えます。
・アナログ5.1ch出力ですがアンプで増幅されている訳ではないです。
よってスピーカー直付けの場合はアンプ内蔵の物を使いましょう。
・このプレーヤーはボリューム設定がありません。ここは不便。
・センターとリアのディレイが調節できます。
・センターやリア、サブウーファーの出力ON・OFFが設定出来るので、
3.1chや4chといったスピーカー環境にもちゃんと対応している様です。
・箱やメーカーサイトを見るとファームウェアUPに対応しているそうです。

技術が成熟したのか（はたまた前のが酷かったのか）手持ちの市販ソフト
を十数枚試しましたが相性は出ませんね。
2層DVDの再生層切り替えも問題無しです。

海外メーカーですが、当然、取説その他日本語です。シンプルで扱いやすい。単純に再生を楽しむのであれば、十分と思います。
