殆ど全ての楽曲を収録しているのはもちろんの事、
当時の製作陣のコメントを読むと涙が出ます。
デジタルリマスタリングされたステレオの歌や
BGMを聴くと当時の自分を思い出させます。
短い曲にもそれぞれ思い出があり、四半世紀を
超えた今の自分にアンが囁いているかのようです。

ＢＳでアンの再放送がやっていて久々にＯＰ、ＥＤを聞いて豊かな楽曲に感動し、もっと聞きたくなって買いました。
著名な方が作曲していたんですね。すばらしいわけです・・・
アンのＣＤはいくつかあって迷いましたが、どうせならたくさん聞きたいと思ってこれにしましたが正解でした。
ずっと聞いていてもぜんぜん飽きないし、子供の寝かしつけにかけるとすぐうとうと。。。助かってます。
あのすばらしい自然の情景が音楽に表れているからでしょうかね。
さて、次はアンのＤＶＤ買うかな・・・

収録されている楽曲の完成度は秀逸です。
高畑勲監督が三善晃氏にこの『赤毛のアン』の音楽担当を依頼したのですが、氏は当時、御病気だった為にこれを断り、その代わり高畑監督に紹介したのが故・毛利蔵人氏です。
ただし三善氏は主題歌『きこえるかしら』を初めとして4曲も書いてくれています。
実は私はこのアルバムを聴く前に「どうせピアノの曲ばっかりだろ」とか思っていましたが、オカリナやアコースティックギターで奏でる切ない曲も少なくなく、本当に音楽の良さが理解できる人ならきっとこの2枚組アルバムを好きになると思います。

ただし一つだけ言っておかなければいけないことがあります。
実はこの『想い出音楽観』についてですが、毛利氏がこの作品のために書きおろした曲全てがこのアルバムに収録されているわけではありません。
それは何故かといいますと、収録時間の関係で入らなかった曲も他にもいくつもあるからです。
ですから「完全版」といいながらも本当の意味での完全版ではないのです。

しかしながら、この2枚組のアルバムは傑作であることは間違いないので、是非、多くの人に聞いてもらいたいですね。
聴いてるだけで夢の中にいるような心地になります。
