ドドンパから瞼の母ものへ‥‥
どんなことになるのだろうと一瞬の不安は見事打ち消されて、
それはもう！の男っぷり。
去年の７月は初の座長公演に緊張しまくりだったきよしくんが、
見事に、名古屋・東京・大阪の大劇場３つを連日満員の
２４万人動員してのこの忠太郎。
目覚しいまでの一年の成長がずっしと響く台詞回しに、

何度聞いても涙腺が緩んでしまいます。
きよしくんの歌唱力・表現力、
松井由利夫先生の丁寧な歌詞、
水森英夫先生の愛情あふれる楽曲‥‥
ドラマを見るような説得力ある「歌」の誕生に乾杯！

音次郎に次ぐ第２弾として、来年以降に舞台化されるのを
予定しての・・・ではないでしょうか？

番場の忠太郎は、母親との悲しい宿命を背負った
悲劇なので、彼によく似合うと思いますよ。
あの有名な名言も、舞台で再現されるのを楽しみにしています。

シングル曲に関してはどれもこの曲を越えられない。この力強さ、詩の世界観、感情のこもった台詞。

涙しているPVも必見。
