今回はライブ映像あり、レッスンあり、ＰＶありと凝った内容です。しかもオマケ映像付き♪ファンならニヤってしちゃいますよ。
個人的にはレッスンのコーナーが気に入りました。マルチアングルでわかりやすい解説に思わずウンウンとうなずいてました。ライブ収録の音質も個人的には好きです。買ってよかった♪

フォークギター一本で多彩な世界を表現できるギタリスト、
押尾氏のPV/ギターテク解説/LIVEの3本立てとなったDVDになります。
延べ時間にして、165分。盛りだくさんの一作です。

１、PV‥最新アルバムBe HAPPYから4曲のPVと、インタビュー集。
最新曲のPVもいいですが、インタビューを通じてこの押尾コータローという人は
本当にギターが大好きなんだなーということがよくわかりました。
また、インタビューの中にネイルの手入れやオープンチューニングについて
触れている箇所もあり、ギターファンも楽しめる内容です。
PVでは、ファイト！が強烈。何をどうやったらあんなスラップベースのような
ハネたフレーズが簡単に出るのでしょうか。かなりクールでヘヴィな曲です。
アコギの範疇は完全に超えていますね。

２、本人によるギターテクニック解説
押尾コータローの演奏方法を学べる、というよりも
押尾コータローの超絶テクニックに唖然とする気がしてならない‥

３、ライブ‥前4曲＋おまけ。
4曲中、HARD RAINとボレロは前作「ドラマチック・ライブ」にも
収録されている曲なのでご存知の方も多いでしょう。
HARD RAINのテイクは今作のほうがクオリティが高いですね。
この4曲のライブのベストテイクはTentionだと思います。
デビューアルバムSTARTING POINTの曲ですが、
そっと包まれそうな優しさと内に秘めた情熱を見事に”演じきれた”テイクです。
普通、ギター独奏曲で「優しい感じの曲」というと退屈なイメージがありますが
このtentionのテイクは本当に素晴らしい出来で、何回も聴きたくなる
クオリティに仕上がっています。

ちなみに、”おまけ”ではウクレレを片手にhard rainを自宅(？)で演奏しています。
前作「ドラマチック~」を一度ごらん頂き押尾コータローに興味を持った方には
大変お勧めできる一作です。

このDVDの中ではオープンチューニングの事や押尾コータローのテクニックなど
てんこ盛りでなかなかスゴイ内容です特に左手、右手のスポット再生は必見ですね
