   世界120か国以上で愛されているフランス調理器具ブランドT-FAL。IHアドバンスシリーズは電磁調理器(IH)に特化したノンスティック鍋シリーズ。

   鍋底は予想以上に熱による変形が生じやすいもの。電磁調理器(IH)は、鍋底が熱変形していると熱のまわりが極端に悪くなってしまうので、電磁調理器(IH)に対応した調理器具を使いたい。本IHアドバンスシリーズは、電磁調理器(IH)の熱をムラなく効率的に伝えるステンレスと熱伝導率に優れたアルミを合わせた、厚みのある鍋底が特徴。本フライパンの底の厚みは5.5ミリもあり、この厚みにより熱による変形をほとんど起こさない。

   熱ムラがなくすばやく熱が伝わるから、炒めものからステーキ、オムレツ、餃子までどんな料理もおいしくできあがる。鍋底には材料を投入するタイミングが一目でわかる、便利な「お知らせマーク」つき。火力の強い電磁調理器(IH)での空焚きを防止する目安にもなって安心だ。

   内面は四層フッ素樹脂コーティング。ほとんど油を使う必要がなく、お手入れが簡単なのもうれしい。金属製のヘラも使用可能。電磁調理器(IH)を含むすべての熱源で使用可能。直径26センチ。把手は取り外し不可。(中村真紀子)


メーカーについて

 「取っ手のとれるティファール」というキャッチコピーで有名なT-FAL（ティファール）。1857年、創始者のアントワン・レスキューがフランスのブルゴーニュに設立したプレス加工会社がそのルーツ。

   1956年、世界で初めて「こびりつかない」ノンスティックフライパンを発表。以降、世界初の家庭用圧力鍋を発売するなど、新しい発想と技術革新で、キッチンウエア、家電、体重計などの世界的メーカーに成長。その確かな品質で、120か国以上のユーザーから信頼を得ている。

ずいぶん前から使ってますが、大活躍してます。
このメーカーのは内層のコーティングが剥げにくいのがいい。
水のはじきも良く、加熱後に水洗いすれば中の汚れはほとんど落ちて
片付けも楽。

炒めものの焦げつきもないので、
カレーなどの時に　たまねぎをキツネ色になるまで炒めたり
するのにはすごく便利。油なくても大丈夫。

そんで炒めたらそのままこれで煮込めばＯＫ。
なべ一つで済みます。
煮込み料理には最適。

深さも有り使いやすい構造となっています。
炒め物だけではなく、カレーなどの汁物にも適しています。
あらゆる料理に使えますので、私はこのフライパン以外は使っていません。
ただ、一般のフライパンに比べ重量が有りますので、女性が鍋を振るときには少し大変かもしれません。

深さがあるのでとても重宝してます。少量のパスタなら茹でたあとそのまま炒めることができるので少ない種類で料理ができるのは狭い台所では大活躍。また油がコンロに飛び散らないのも助かりますね。
