・プラスチックケースに収納されているので持ち運びに便利。収納も楽。
・店舗で購入して持ち運ぶ手間を考えれば、リーズナブル。
　（15kgをわざわざ家まで運びたいですか？）
・左右交互のトレーニングを考えれば２つ欲しいところ。
　実際私は、１つではトレーニングのリズムが悪いので２つ買いました。
・プレートは写真のようにかさ張らずに納まるようになってます。これは重さのバランスが取れているので実に良いです。
・最小単位は、2kgです。
・プレートは、1kg*4 , 2kg*2 , 2.5kg*2 となってます。
・グリップはすべり難いようになってます。

敢えて不都合？な点を上げれば・・・
鉄なので落としたら痛いかもとか、床がヤバいことになりそうだとか、プレート交換のときに指を挟むと痛そうだとか、
といったところでしょうか。
幸いまだありませんが、それくらいの緊張感を持ってトレーニングするのがよいでしょう。
初心者なら、15kgは先が長いと思います。でも達成感も味わえますよ。
家庭用ならこれで十分です。

適切な筋肉は、健康な身体の維持、ダイエット、カッコいい体作りに役立ちます。
男性も女性も頑張ってください。

星４つの理由は、上記のネガティブを差し引きました。

5.0 out of 5 stars 大変お手軽で使い易いダンベルです, 2006/9/17
子供を抱っこしたりする際に感じた体力不足解消のために購入しました。（^^）

2セット購入し家に届いた時、あまりのコンパクトさに驚きました。
PE（ポリエチレン）ですが持ち手が一体化した丈夫なケースです。

錘の組み合わせによって2〜15kgまで（具体的には2,4,6,7,8,9,10,11,13,15kg）の重量調節が可能なので、
進み具合に伴って少しずつ重量アップしていけます。
最小単位はバーのみで、錘を付けない状態で2kgです。グリップはゴムで、
滑り止めの加工（ラバーモルド）が施してあります。
両外側に最も重い錘が合わさり、内部に軽量な錘が組み込まれるように
出来ていますので、重心がブレずに安定し、使い易いです。

注意事項としては成人男子用、と銘打っていますので、子供に手の届かないところに保管するなど、
注意が必要です。
また、入門編といえる重量ですが取り扱いには当然注意です。

そうした点を踏まえても大変使い易く、製品としての評価は☆５つです。
初心者でも満足出来る品物だと思います。

１５ＫＧの重さは初めは重いが鍛えてくれば
物足りなくなります。

筋トレの初心者にはお勧めかと思われます。

ちゃんとしたフォームでトレーニングすることオススメします。
ケガしないように。
