　３キログラムという重さは結構なもので、筋肉に負荷がしっかりかかっているのを実感できます。「男女兼用」とありますが、女性にはちょっと重めに感じるのではないでしょうか。少しテンションの下がるプラスチック製ケースに入っており、その中にはちょっとした説明書も入っています。それはさておき、ダンベル自体は握りやすいゴム素材で覆われています。その魅力的な存在感で、部屋においておくだけでも何か無性にそれを持ち上げたくなります。つまり、飽きのこない一品だと思います。ダンベルに興味を持ったら、まずはこれでしょう！！

　ダンベルというと、重量挙げの器具といった感じの無骨なものが一般ですが、これは合成ゴムが鉄鋳物の表面に張られ、鮮やかな緑色のしゃれたものです。プラスチックのケース（ちょっと作りは雑ですけど）に入っていて、気軽にダンベル体操が楽しめます。

　3kgなので、男性の場合は初心者向き、女性の場合はちょっと重いかも知れませんね。1kg位から始めるのが良いかと思います。取り扱い説明書に簡単な解説があります。また何冊か本も出版されているようですが、ネットで「ダンベル体操」と検索すると、詳しい解説は見つかりますから、それで十分でしょう。

この商品をスロートレーニング用に購入致しました。

3kg×2本なので、少し重いかな？と不安でしたが見事に重かったです。
今までは1.5kg×2本を使ってトレーニングしていた時は楽でしたが、
この商品だと汗だくになり、次の日は程よい筋肉痛になっているので
効果アリみたいです。この商品を思い切って購入して良かったかな。

あと、シンプルなケースが付属されているので、
部屋の移動等の持ち運びに便利です。
あと、ダンベル本体の持ち易さに関しても、何の不満なく使えています。
