コツの方は下に書かれているとおり。慣れてしまえば紐を使わず手で初速をつけても回すことができるようになります。

ただこの商品、長く使っていると内部の回転軸レールが磨耗により摩擦抵抗が減ってしまい、初速をつけるのが大変になってきます。

あくまでも消耗品と思ってください。

この装置は手首を鍛えるのに使います。手首を鍛える事で大きなメリットを得られるスポーツって結構ありますよね。テニスとかバスケットボールとか野球なんかにもつかえるんじゃないでしょうか。投げるとか打つとかいう動作には手首が実は大切だったりします。これは中のボールが回転する事で負荷がかかり、それにより手首が鍛えられるというものです。手首を鍛えるのって結構難しくて鍛える前に痛めてしまうことが多いのですが、これがあれば大丈夫。手首専用トレーニンググッズです。

いざ購入させてもらいましたが、ま~~中のボールを回すのが
難しいのなんのって・・
本体を握り、中のボールに紐を通して思い切り引っ張り回転させて
中のボールの回転を維持、更にスピードアップさせるように手首を回転させる・・・できん・・
某サイトで慣れればものすごい回転で中のボールが回りだし、３分ほどで手首・腕がパンパンになるらしいのですが難しいですね。
いや、回りだしたら面白い＆筋トレにもなるのらしいのですが・・・
がんばります
