　形がおもしろいので衝動買いしました。使ってみると、どの指が出力不足なのかわかるのはおもしろいのですが、プラスティック同士の滑りが悪くて使用にストレスを感じました。使用者は押し込む角度に配慮する必要がありそうです。

ぶっちゃけHorablower様とほぼ同じです（笑）
私も興味本位で買い、それなりに面白いとは思いました。
ですが、人差し指〜小指が乗る方のスプリングは、ちょっとでも斜めに力が加わるとプラスチック同士の摩擦で沈まなくなります。
そもそもよく考えると、指を個別に鍛えるなら普通のグリップを鍛えたい指だけで動かせばいいわけで、別にスプリングが指ごとに独立している必要はありません。

今回は興味本位でしたし、好奇心は満たされました。
また価格も安いものなので、星三つを付けています。
が、トレーニング目的なら個人的な評価は星は2つ以下です。

レビューを書かれてる方々の大半が、あまりこの商品の目的を理解してないかなと・・・

たぶん、一番適してるのは、フリークライミングが好きな方で指の力を鍛えるために利用すべきかと・・・

そんなにパワーが無いので、指懸垂ができる程の方には物足りないと思いますが、
始めたばかりで基礎力を付けたい方には向いてると思います。

フリークライマー向けの品ですと、ホントに高いです。最初はこれくらいの値段の商品で、
家なり、電車の中なりで、徐々にパワーアップをすれば適切かと・・・
