しっかりしたグリップだと思うんですけど、なんか他のメーカに比べて堅いような気がするんですけど？他のメーカの40kgを簡単に10回以上握りこめるようになったので、45kgに挑戦しようと思ったんですけど、このグリップは半分くらいしか握れない･･･
感触としては、某社の60kgのグリップと同じ位堅いような気がします。メーカによって表記がこんなに違うんですかね？

やり応えのある一品です。
グリップ部分が鉄製のものがありますが、私はプラ（というか硬質ゴム？）の方がいいですね。
鉄はいたずらに硬くて困ります。

鉄のクロムが落ちて錆びてくるまでやりこめば
あなたの握力は間違いなくつくでしょう。

あとは安いことかな。
体を鍛えたくなったときに
本と一緒に頼んで、読みながら握る。
ＣＤと一緒に頼んで、リズムに合わせて握る。
仕事中に移動するときに握る。（ちょっとアブナイですが・・・）

ネガティブな点は特にないです。
よって星５つ。

COC（キャプテンズ・オブ・クラッシュグリッパー）のトレーナーかこちらか迷ったあげく買ったのですが届いてみてびっくり！
45キロのはずなのに固いです、これ。COCのNO.1（約65キロ）を所持しておりますが同等くらいです。
何もしていない一般の成人男性なら閉じきることは不可能でしょうから、最初はもう少し軽いのを購入されることをお薦めします。
