ALINCOの３０ｋｇを購入して､もうすこし硬いのをと思って３５ｋｇをつぎに購入してみました。しかし､硬さでいえばあまり変わらないように感じました。グリップ部にはカバーが巻いてあり､値段からすると良いつくりです。５ｋｇの差はこの手のものでは差がないので､つぎを購入するときは４５ｋｇに進むのがよいと思いました。
（後で､鋼線の太さや幅を比較しましたら実際はだいぶ太さに差がありました。なお､リーゼントファーイーストの４５ｋｇは､みなさんが言っているように６０ｋｇの他社製品と同等の硬さがありました。ＣＯＣ＃１と同じです。）

まず値段が物凄い安いですが作りは丈夫に出来ています!
握る場所は固めのゴムで出来ているので手が痛いのと手の平に汗をかくと滑るのがマイナスです。
なのでタオルを巻く様にしてます。それと日頃から筋トレをしてる方には物足りないですが女性の方やこれから筋トレを始めようとしてる方にはオススメ!

安くいのでこれと４５`のものを買ってみたんですが
４５`のはさすがにちょっと硬かったです。
自分的にはグリップのところもよくて使いやすいです。
何かしながらでも使えるのでとってもいいと思います。
