　「美ューティーハンドグリップ」という商品名なので、女性用なのかもしれませんが、私は男性です（笑）。朝から晩までパソコンに向っていて、ストレスが溜まったときに、ストレス解消に役立ちます。グリップ部分が手になじみやすく、しかもおしゃれな色合いなので、パソコン・デスクに載せていても違和感がないです。

　でも、こんなの使って健康増進に役立つのかな？良くは分かりませんが、時折、握っています（笑）。安価なので、気分転換にお1ついかがでしょう。

だいぶ前(5、6年前)に買いました。

値段の割に作りがかなり良いです。

去年からベースを始めたので、たまに握っていますが全く劣化しません。

新品の見た目を維持しています。

自分は負荷の強いグリップを数回やるタイプではなく、弱めのグリップを何回ものんびりするタイプなので、デザイン的にもとても満足しています。

握力の方は50kgぐらいになりました。

さすがに弱すぎると感じてきたので同メーカーの35kgを買おうと思います。

握りやすくデザインが良いのでオススメです。
