前作にくらべてもかなり良くなっています。
パワーがあってメロディアスでカッコイイ。
早い曲もスローな曲もありトータルバランス
も良い。ギターのリフもカッコイイし文句ない
出来だと思います。

Sticks and Stonesを購入して、NFGにはまりました。前作はキャッチーな感じが強かったように思います。今作は一言で言えば「パワーアップして男らしい感じが増した」という言葉が一番適切かと思いますが、前作とは少々内容が違っているように私は思えてなりません。かといって悪いということではないのです。前作を好きなら今作も・・・という考えを捨てて、新生NFGを聞いてほしいというのが私の意見です。スノーボード大好きの友人達に聞かせたら「これを聞いてゲレンデを駆け抜けたい」という反応がかえってきました。疾走感もあり、パワフルさもあり・・・まずは試聴してみて下さいね。

ポップパンクバンド、NEW FOUND GROLY、メジャー３作目。
まず、前作「Sticks and Stones」が好きだった人は買って損無し。
内容はイントロが終わった“All Downhill from Here”から、ディストーションかかりまくりのギター、連打するドラム、相変わらずのジョーダンのヴォーカル、ポップさが増したメロディといった、ポップパンク＋ポップといった感じ。でも、それが示すのは、やはり「ポップパンク」だ。
５番“I Don't Wanna Know”や１０番“Ending in Tragedy”などでシリアスな一面も見せるが、その後がまたポップなのであっという間に吹っ飛ばされてしまう。
これから夏だし、パンクというジャンルにはドンピシャ、楽曲は悪くはない。
しかし、次回にはもう少し変化を期待したい。できると思う。
