出だしの三曲(一曲目は除く)は一分台の曲でスピード感も最高です。
まさに待ちわびたバッドレリジョンです。
後半になると曲も長くなり、速さよりも音で聞かせる風になります。
個人的にはリズミックになった分、音の枯れた感が減ってしまった気がするのが残念です。
しかしバッドレリジョンの曲は聞き込むと良くなる典型だと思いますので

これから聞き込んでいくのが非常に楽しみです。

長年BAD RELIGIONの大ファンです。本作は、前作のsupersonic,prove it,can't stop it3連続ほどのパワー＆スピードはないかもしれませんが、ATHEIST PEACE,ALL THERE IS等において、バックコーラスの美しさ＆音の厚みは前作よりもパワーアップしており、泣かせます。もちろんグレッグの声はあいかわらずかっこいい！

あと、BAD RELIGIONはその歌詞が難解なことでも有名ですが、学問的な素地があれば、さまざまなインスピレーションを与えられること請け合いです。というのも、ボーカルのグレッグは人類学や生物学等を勉強しており、彼の学問がその歌詞によく反映されているからです。
個人的には、ATHEIST PEACEに最も感じ入るところがありました。

・・・とまあ、そんな小難しいこと考えなくてもよくって、音楽だけでも十分かっこいいんで、ぜひ聴いてみて！尊敬するに足るカッコいいオッサン達ですよ！

今回も歯切れの良い疾走感あるリズムの上にメランコリックなメロディが大炸裂しているが、楽曲のスピードが速いとか遅いとか言う以前に彼らの音楽は常に楽曲を大切にしていることを大前提にしており、パンクバンドのATTITUDEを大切にしながらも単純にロックバンドとしての懐の深さを感じる。
しかし、毎度のことながら決めのある楽曲を必ず提供してくれるところがすごいところである。
