急にヨガをやりたくなって、どうしようかって考えました。習いに行くのがよさそう・・。でも、そんな時間も余裕もなかった私。さらに、体は異様にカタイ。運動神経もない・・・。そんな私がレビューを見て買ったのがこのDVDです。基本的な動きをゆっくりやってくれるのでわかりやすいです。所用時間も適当で、毎日続けられる感じです。音楽も、インストラクターの人の声も、いい感じだと思います。ゆったりとした気分になれるし、これをマスターすればきっと次のステップにいけるっていう希望を持つことができます。NHKでやってるヨガにはついていけない、私のような超ビギナー向け入門編としてオススメします。

セントラルのこのクラスを数回受けていて、自宅でもやりたくて購入しました。基本的なヨーガのポーズを、丁寧な解説つきでゆったりペースで行えるので、初心者でも楽々できます。
それでいて、構成がしっかりとしていて、例えば妙に解説が長くてぼけっと待っている時間などはほとんどなく、スムーズに次から次へとポーズが移り、全身くまなく伸ばし、ねじるので、気持ちいい汗をたくさんかきますよ！
他にもいくつかヨガのDVDを持っていますが、終わった後にすっきりとこの頑固な肩こりが解消して即効性を実感するのは、このDVDが一番かな。

別のヨーガDVDを見て、もう少しわかりやすく丁寧で本格的なものをと思い
今回こちらのDVDを購入いたしました。

ヨーガの基本から始まり、説明も丁寧でヨーガ教室に通っているような雰囲気で楽しめます。
身体が固い人にもアドバイスがあって親切だなと思いました。
まだ初心者の私でも抵抗なく、自然に続けられる内容構成だと思いました。

是非スポーツクラブなどに通う予算や時間がない方に一度見て欲しいです。

私は仕事・家事・育児の中で就寝前のストレス解消＆リラックス法になっています。
器具や道具も要らないし、静かに出来る運動としてとても気に入っています。
これをちゃんとこなしてレベルを上げていきたいと思っています。
