ライトで、風通しがよく、趣があるフアナ・モリーナの『Tres Cosas』は直ちに和み、魅惑される音速の旅だ。楽器編成は少ないが効果的。「Uh」はアコースティック・ギターとエレクトロニカのループと共に滑るように演奏され、彼女の柔らかなヴォーカルと溶けあって、強力な音景を生みだす。このアルゼンチンのシンガー／ソングラターはアルバム・タイトル曲でフォークとエレクトロニカのリズムの火をつけている。スペイン語がわからなくても、問題はない。だが、スペイン語がわかる場合でも、歌詞がここでは中心になっていない。このエレクトロニカ・ミュージックの13曲はダンスを意識していると言うよりも、内省し、リラックスすることが主眼だ。彼女のソフトでなかば話すような、なかば鼻にかかるようなヴォーカルと、音速のアンビエンス。モリーナはフォーク・シンガーのスザンヌ・ヴェガとイエスのジョン・アンダーソンを混ぜたらこうなりそうな音を響かせる。（Ramiro Burr, Amazon.com）

山本精一等の日本の著名なミュージシャンの言及もあってアルゼンチンの音響派として紹介された一連のミュージシャンの中でもとりわけ知名度の高いフアナ・モリーナの3枚目のフルアルバム。

アコースティックギターと彼女の囁くような歌声に、繊細なシンセサイザーや電子音が彩りを添える演奏は、ミニマルと言ってもいい程シンプルだが、ハードコアなストラクチャーを誇示するような反復を自己目的化したミニマルミュージックのそれとはニュアンスが全く違う。やさしい響きを持った歌を活かしたつくりなのである。それは最小限のアレンジに支えられたポップさと言えるかも知れない。

因みに来日時にクアトロで売っていたアレハンドロ・フラノフとのスプリットミニCDも素晴らしい内容。菊地成孔が表紙だったエスクァイアの付録CDにもその中の1曲がはいっていたっけな。

女性SSWフアナ・モリーナの2nd。

アコースティック・ギターを主体に
白昼夢のような独自の世界観を歌うフアナ。

ギタリストのフェルナンド・カブサッキ、
プロデュースのアレハンドロ・フラノフら
アルゼンチン音響派のサポートを受けて
ファンタスティックな音世界を構築。

母国語で歌われる
フアナの少しハスキーな透明で美しい歌声、
オーガニックなアコースティック・サウンド、
ディープなエレクトリック・サウンド、
繊細な音響処理が絶妙のバランスで合わさり、
不思議な音響空間と浮遊感を生み出す。

民族的な薫りが漂う
唯一無二の世界観。

世界中の音響系アーティストや
日本のエゴ・ラッピン、山本精一らからも

　アルゼンチンの女性シンガーソングライターの３作目。エレクトロニクスは背景に徹し幻想的な雰囲気を醸し出すなか、生ギターの美しい響きと陰りと優しさを併せ持つフアナ・モリーナの声とが織り成す世界は唯一無二の心地よさを誇っています。
　この研ぎ澄まされた音響空間には本当に浸れます。
