予想していたよりもおとなしめな印象のアルバムですが、小室哲哉氏とも一線を画す葉山拓亮氏特有の切ない詞の世界は健在です。
歌詞からは6年間の空白と解散への想いが感じられます。ある意味MINAMIに贈る言葉のようにも受け取れますが・・・。
Eにはw-inds.を思わせる詞も出てきます（何より大切だった、等）。
サウンドは八反安未果のアルバムのようなロック的アプローチを期待していたのですが、hiroのような優しい感じの曲が多いです。

最近の流行に比べるとインパクトに欠けるかもしれませんが詞、曲共に完成度は高いので、90年代後期のサウンドが好きな方にお勧めします。

『Just Place of Love』が、たかの友梨ビューティクリニックのCMタイアップでヒット。その後はシングルを何枚か発売するも、内部で揉め事？があったらしくうまく活動していなかったが、６年の歳月を越えて出た初のフルアルバム。

時代とユニット構成（男２+女１）が被ってしまっていたこともあり、小室哲哉のglobeの影に隠れてしまった感は否めないが、曲のクオリティは非常に高いので、同じavexながら、プロモーションの仕方によってはどうなっていたかわからなかったユニットである。（globeの方は「avex trax」ではなく、「avex globe」という独自レーベルだった）

しかし、これを機に本格的な活動再開という感じではなく、いわゆる中途半端な状態のD-Loopというユニットに葉山拓亮がケリを着ける感が否めないこと、『Just Place of Love』などの既発シングルがオリジナルMIXでないこと、CCCDであることが惜しまれる１枚。

なぜ過去の楽曲をリミックスして入れるのだろうか？
余計なことをせずに、原曲のまま収録してほしかった。
これじゃオリジナルアルバムじゃなくて、リミックスアルバムだよ。
まぁ原曲と全く違うアレンジになっていないのが、せめてもの救いか。
