m・o・eの３部作の２作目「ヒットをねらえ! 」のDVD第１弾　
DVD追加話をはじめ視聴注意(部屋を明るく~)、OP、予告(15s+30s)　
等、DVDでしか観ることの出来ない要素が盛り沢山！　
特にちょっとえっちな視聴注意は必見です！！！　これはTVじゃ無理ですね　
TVの補完となる追加話も終始笑いっぱなし。楽しませて貰いました。　

能登麻美子ファンに送るこの一本。　そうでない方も是非！

　発想がおもしろい。美少女特撮ヒーローものっていう作品をまず作っておいて、それからその製作裏話までアニメ化しちゃおうっていうのが新しい。なんてったってOPテーマから「プロデュース~、初体験~」てな具合だからまったく何でもネタにしようと思えばできちゃうのね。まったく感心する。
そんなに目立ってここがおもしろいっていう場面はないんだけど、全体として、なるほどこういうとこに製作側は苦労してるんだねー、と思わずなっとく。話の筋が大人の事情入りまくりでころころ変わったり、スケジュールが押してる、予算がない、クレームがわんさか、ってな話しがどんどん出てきてはっきり言って本編のコスプレイヤーよりこっちのほうがおもしろい。今までの流れからかサービス満載のシーンいっぱいだけど、別にサービスショットなくても十分。結構感動のシーンなんかむしろないほうがいいってとこもあるようにボクは感じた。そこはM・O・Eの十五分アニメでのこだわりなのかな？　
ちなみにコスプレイヤーを合わせて見るのもいいかもしれない。なんてったてこちら側のOPスタッフ・キャスト紹介では「ヒットをねらえ」に出てるキャラクターが見事に出ているんだから。当たり前って言えば当たり前なんだけど、そこでのスタッフの動きを注意深く見ていると、どうやら製作側のエピソードに忠実に変動してるように見える。プロデューサーはもちろん、監督や原作者の名前を丹念に追ってみるっていうのもいいかも。そんな作りこみ具合を楽しみながらこの一連の作品を見てみると二度楽しい。

アニメ「超変身コスプレーヤー」のサイドストーリーといったところでしょうか。コスプレーヤーそのものはあまりおもしろいアニメだとは思いませんでしたが、この「ヒットをねらえ」はコスプレーヤーを企画する女子社員が主人公（生田美月）。ほんとは刑事ドラマを企画したくて入ったテレビ局なのに子供向け番組を担当するとは。始めはしょげてた美月も前向きにガンバルようになったり、理想とのギャップに落ち込んだり、だんだん美月を応援したくなってきます。裏面を見るとわかりますが、比較的チラリズムもふんだんですが、くどくないのでほどよいＨが楽しめます。
