Gacktの贈り物企画第二弾。既存の曲の中から彼自身が選んだ曲をアレンジを変え、さらに新しいヴォーカルスタイルに挑戦し再びレコーディングした作品。リミックスに適さない曲もあり、人によって印象が違うと思う。
一通り彼の曲を聴いた人は聴いてみるのもいいかもしれないが初めて聴く人にはあまりお勧めできない。
個人的にはこれを聴きながら寝るとよく眠れる。

Last Songしか、いい曲がないと言ったらおかしいですが
パッとしない曲ばかり…。でも、Last Songは最高です。
最後の最後の歌い方が雑になってしまっていて残念ですが。
最後までキレイに歌ってほしかった。あくまでも個人的な
意見です。

このアルバムには過去に発表した曲をアレンジしたものが収められています。しかし、伴奏がいつもの重層的なものではなく、ピアノやギターをベースにしたシンプルなものになっています。仕上がりも静かでさっぱりとした曲風が多いです。

一つ一つの曲の印象がオリジナルと比べるとがらりと変わっているので、あえて比べたりしないで、別物として扱ったほうがいいと思います。オリジナルと比べると物足りなさを感じるかもしれないからです。

いつもと違ったGacktさんが味わえる一品です。

このアルバムを聴くと、演奏がシンプルなので、声がとっても響いてきます。イヤホンで聴くと尚更いいです。
