   パンクスでもロックンローラーでもない、プロのロック馬鹿。1984年4月に、その他のバンドブーマーの中ではっきりと「みんなで歌おうパンクソング、みんなで騒ごうニューロティカ」をキャッチに掲げて初ライブを行ってから20年。記念のミニアルバムがこんなギャグ仕立てでええんか？ なんて突っ込みは野暮というもの。頭でっかちなバンド論なんか語らず、とにかくみんなの笑顔を守りたい、みんなの馬鹿さを引き出したいばかりに全力でバンドを続けるロティカは偉大だ。

   未発表の7曲は東京でバンド活動している人々への讃歌だし、あいだに挟まれた小芝居も、演奏で参加しているPOTSHOTのSATOSHI（G.）らがネタで絡んでる周到さや、ちょっとした毒にも注力している。（石角友香）

今のメンバーになってヴォーカルあつしの人生観・キャラクターが前面に出るようになりましたが、今回もそうです。

1.88R
　キャッチーなメロディーと軽快なリズム、楽しく切ない歌詞で、いろんな意味で今のニューロティカがよくわかる曲です。昔のニューロティカの雰囲気も残しています。代表曲になりそうな予感。

2.小芝居1

　わりとおもしろいです。コントとして秀逸。

3.新宿で「バイバイ」
　やや演歌くさいですが、修豚の演歌臭さとは違います。

4.小芝居2
　あんまりおもしろくないです。

5.飛べ！コージ!! Featuring NAGATA & TAKE [from JINDOU]
　ライブでは乗れそうです。アップテンポのリフが印象的なナンバーです。　

6.「手紙 2」

　泣けるナンバーです。明るくて、あまり重くないですが切ないですね。

7.RAT RACE
　ハードロック的なナンバーで、これは現メンバーになってからしかあり得なさそうなタイプの曲です。ギターの音がかっこいい。これだけのハードな曲を作るバンドはあんまりなさそう。あつしの声がハスキーでけっこうこの人メタルにあうのだなーという発見も。

8.二十歳過ぎの青春はタチ悪い
　スローなメロディーから始まり、スカっぽいリズム、歌いやすいコーラスと、盛り上がること間違いなしのナンバーです。

9.打ち上げ音頭 ~A.I カンパニー~
　好き嫌いありそうですね。本当に音頭です。

10.小芝居3
　これも内輪受けっぽいので、好き嫌いがあるかな？　おかまキャラでメンバーがコントやっています。

で、これがCCCDというところがちょっと気になりますね。それで星ひとつマイナス。

当時付き合っていた彼女に頂いた言葉。
「三十路すぎの青春ってホントにタチが悪いよね」
痛すぎました…。別れてしまいました。フラました。
でもロティカのナンバーは自分に生きる道/まだまだ飛べる事を教えてくれました。
「昔はよかった。」｢昔はパンクだった。」
なんて日和る(ひよる)前に聞いてみましょうよ。
88ライダーを。
あっちゃんはまだまだ皆様の隣で唄い続けてくれております。
