まずメモリー拡張パックとは何か？
Ｎ６４に装着することでグラフィック能力を向上させることが出来るアイテムです。これが無いとゲームが起動しないもの、もしくはこれを使うことでより綺麗なグラフィックで遊べるゲームなどがあります。

自分が知っている限り
ドンキーコング64
パーフェクトダーク
ゼルダの伝説　ムジュラの仮面
悪魔城ドラキュラ黙示録外伝（グラフィック向上。しかし処理落ちするらしい。）
これらのソフトが対応しております。

また、これを付けたままでも他のソフトで遊ぶことが出来るので取り外しするのは一回するだけでいいというのも特長。

64本体とのパック交換時に、付属の取り外し器具がないとかなり難しいので中古を購入するときには確認しておいた方がいいと思います。

これが無いと遊べないゲームがあったり・・・
ただ、今までのゲームでメモリー拡張パック有り無しでやってみても
あまり変わってるようには見えない。
まぁ処理落ちを防ぐ物だったり拡張パックが必要なゲームに対応できるように性能を向上させる物
だと思っていいと思います。
これに切り替えても今までのゲームは出来るので無いよりかはあったほうがいい。
そんな感じ。

ドンキーコング64用に購入したが付属の取り付け金具がなかったのでどうしようと思ったが幸いなんとか家にあるもので工夫して交換できた　すぐに使えた
