怪物にさらわれた恋人を救うために戦う、横スクロールアクションゲーム。とある嵐の夜、古い洋館に雨宿りのため立ち寄った「リック」とその恋人「ジェニファー」。しかし、その洋館はモンスターの徘徊する恐ろしい「スプラッターハウス」であった。ジェニファーは連れ去られ、リックはモンスターに打ちのめされてしまう。そして、倒れたリックの顔に古代の精霊が宿る「ヘルマスク」が貼り付いた。あらゆる力を増幅させる伝説の仮面・・・。今それがリックに勇気と力を与え、ジェニファーを助け出し、この忌まわしい館から脱出するため立ち上がった・・・。パンチ、キック、スライディングキックや、武器(ナタ・角材・散弾銃)を使った多彩な攻撃方法を用意。「Ultraシリーズ スプラッターハウス」の廉価版。

FC版を以外、すべてプレイしました。PCエンジン、メガドライブで、やっぱり、こんなもんだよな…移植版は…。と…。しか〜し!このスプラッターは違〜う!!アーケードそのまんま!!基板マニアでもある私が驚かせられました!ソフトだけをコレクションとして購入したのですが、パソコン買ってしまいました!このスプラッターの為に(笑)
スプラッター万歳!!

スプラッターハウスは　ゲーセンで人気が高く　ゲーセン族には　移殖して欲しいゲームでした　今までにファミコンを始め様々な　移殖が有りましたが　それらのスプラッターハウスは　全く別物のゲームでした　　このソフトのスプラッターハウスこそ　本物のスプラッターハウスです　時が経ったゲームですが　名作の一本なので是非　プレイして下さい

昔アーケードゲームで人気を博した残虐ホラー横スクロールアクションゲーム
「スプラッターハウス」がPCエンジン、ファミコン等への移植を経て、
遂にパソコンに参上。
トラウマ寸前の異形の怪物共に、ジェイソンを思わせる主人公が多彩な
残虐プレイ（笑）で立ち向かいます。角材で敵を壁に叩きつけ、

ナタで首を切り落としショットガンで撃ち殺し、槍で突き刺し、しまいには
スライディングでぶっ飛ばします。（スライディングが勝負の分け目！？）
難易度はかなりの高さですが爽快感もあり楽しいゲームだと思います。
値段もお手ごろですし、一度体験してみては？

そして衝撃のラスト・・・一体どうなってしまうのか！？

このままパート３まで続きます。
