昔はアゴをのぞけば美少年だったのに、今はすっかりＺＺトップみたいになってしまったザックさん。
そんなザック・ワイルドの渋~いアルバムがコチラ。
ブック・オブ・シャドウズに続くアコースティックアルバムで爆音のみを求めてこの作品を購入した方は肩をガックリ落とすことになるでしょうが、アルバムのデキはなかなか。ブック・オブ・シャドウズよりは曲のクオリティは上がり、渋い大人のアルバムに仕上がってます。
個人的にはやはりソニック・ブリューなどのヘヴィーな作品の方がお気に入りですが、ザックの懐の広さうかがえる好盤に仕上がっております。

これを超える酒の肴的アルバムがあるなら教えて欲しいくらい。
ザックの激しい部分ではなく、あえてミドルテンポな部分のみで勝負したアルバムです。

渋いです。ただただ。
胸を鷲掴みにされるような感覚が味わえます。
個人的には全曲オススメなんですが、最初から聴いていって＃13辺りで涙腺が崩壊します。

ブルージーな、どこまでも泣きにこだわった作品。
ホントはウイスキーなんかが良いんでしょうが、とりあえずビールにも良く合います。
