　久しぶりに「名曲」と呼べる「瞳をとじて」を是非聴きたい。そう思ったら、悔しいことにＣＣＣＤ。こんな名曲は滅多に出やしないのに・・・

　我が家のシステムではＣＣＣＤを再生出来ない。そう思うと、日本の音楽産業の腐敗ぶりを感じてならない。星５つとしたいところだが、聴けないデメリットを考慮し星４つとした。

”瞳を閉じて君を描くよ・・”のフレーズが重なる映画のＣＭ映像を見ただけで、小説の感動がよみがえり、胸がぎゅっと締めつけられるようなせつない思いでいっぱいになりましたが、全曲通して聴いてみると、やはり不覚にも涙が・・・

忘れたいけど忘れたくない、あまりにも鮮やかによみがえる記憶や痛みとともに、大切な人を永遠に失った喪失感と共存しながら、いつかは君の為に乗り越えていく強さを持ちたいという願う静かな決意が、平井堅の包み込むようなVOICEとともに胸にせまります。

カップリングは｢キリンラガービール｣ＣＭ曲でイーグルスのカバー曲｢DESPERADO｣。ゆったりとした雰囲気の中、穏やかな気持ちで聞ける良い曲です。

平井さんの素晴らしい曲、歌詞に圧倒されてしまいました１００点満点中１００点です。映画をみていないので曲としての評価しか出来ませんが、なぜこんなに甘く、切ない歌をつくれるのか不思議です。
