   創業者ピーター・ボダムの名を受け、1944年にデンマークで誕生したキッチンウエアメーカー「ボダム社」。シンプルで洗練されたデザインの製品は、スタイリッシュなだけでなく値段も手頃で親しみやすく、北欧をはじめ世界中の人に愛されている。特にコーヒーメーカーやティーメーカーなど、ティータイム関連商品の使いやすさと丈夫さには定評がある。

   本製品は、耐熱ガラスのマグカップに直接茶漉しをセットして、手軽にリーフティーやハーブティーを楽しめるティーセット。お茶を蒸らすときに使用する蓋は、引き上げた茶漉しの受け皿にもなる優れもの。ティーポットが不要なので洗い物も最小限で済み、すべてのパーツがカップに収まるので収納場所もとらない。

   たっぷり入るマグカップは、お茶以外の飲み物にもマッチする可愛いフォルム。耐熱ガラスなのでミルクを入れてレンジで温めたり、冷たいジュースに使ったり、プリンを作るときの器にしたりとアイデア次第で使い道はいろいろ。ひとり暮らしの人はもちろん、家族でお茶の好みがバラバラな家庭にもピッタリ。（三井貴美子）


メーカーについて

 「良いデザインは、高価であってはならない」というコンセプトで知られるbodum（ボダム）。デンマーク、コペンハーゲンで1944年にピーター・ボダムにより創業されたキッチンウェアメーカー。
   1958年の「サントス・コーヒーメーカー」の発売をきっかけに独自の路線を歩み始め、インダストリアルデザインの考え方をキッチンウェアに持ち込んだメーカーとしてその名を知られることとなった。
   奇をてらわないシンプルなデザインからにじみ出る機能美が印象的な製品群は、ヨーロッパはもちろん、世界中で支持されている。「北欧デザイン」好きにはたまらないブランド。

ここの評価が高いので購入しました。昨日届きましたが、作りが粗雑でがっかりです。
ストレーナーと蓋が板金打ち抜きの成型品ですが、縁全体にバリがあり、指を切ってしまいました。他の通販サイトにある写真を見るとストレーナー部はクロムめっきを施されているかの如く綺麗ですが、実物はステンレスの板金以外の何物でもありません。小さなキズもたくさんあります。カップの取っ手も滑らかさが無く、ゴツゴツしています。
大いに期待していただけに、失望も大きいです。こうなると、洒落たデザインだと思っていたストレーナーが、流し台の排水口に付いている残飯受けに見えてきます。
4,410円払う価値はありません。

職場で使うために購入しました。
ガラス製なので耐久性を心配しましたが、思った以上にしっかりとした作りなので全く問題ありません。
取っ手も持ちやすく、サイズも大きめなのでたっぷりと飲めるところが気に入っています。
見た目にも透明なので、紅茶の色が楽しめます。
職場の同僚にも「いいわねー。」なんてほめられちゃいました。
使い勝手＆見た目、ともに申し分の無いマグです！！！

一人で紅茶を楽しむにはティーポットだとわざわざ洗うのが面倒なので購入しました。これだと抽出したあと、そのままカップとして飲めますし、手軽に紅茶が楽しめます。
ただ、茶葉の量を加減が難しく、濃くなったり薄くなったりで、適度の茶葉の量がわかるには少し慣れる必要があります。
