このコンプリートアルバムは、私としてはとてもよろしいと思います。まずコンプリートＤＶＤの収納ＢＯＸが、付いている時点ですばらしい。ＴＶ放送では、第一回目はＥＤしか流れなかった。第二回目がＯＰしか流れなかった。第一回目から見ている人間にとってはＯＰがとても気になった。そして第二回目の放送で聞いてみると、なんとすばらしいことか！！ということでこのアルバムはすばらしいのです。

15分8エピソードの美少女アニメ作品のサントラとは思えない、CD2枚組の豪華作品。楽屋ネタ的には30分2クールの特撮作品のサントラ、ということになる訳ですから、このボリュームも当然でしょうか。2枚組作品で良く見られる穴埋め用の声優トークなどが入ってなく、全編音楽で占めている部分も気合が感じられます。この後の『ヒットをねらえ！』『LOVE LOVE?』のサントラに入っている曲の原型とも言える曲も多いので、やっぱり三作分全部聴かないと意味がないでしょうか。ストリングスとブラスを縦横自在に操る佐橋俊彦さんのサウンドはこの手の作品では手慣れたもので、実に鮮やかに格好いい雰囲気を醸し出しています。単なる音楽アルバムとして聴いても聴きごたえは充分です。
