最後の最後まで何のジャンルの作品か分からず、大いに困惑しましたが、ラストではなるほどと思いました。ジャンル分けするとしたら、ミステリーとしか言いようがないでしょうね。

ヒーローものの第１回であると同時に最終回でもあるという構成が面白いです。

ラストにはオープニングでのスーパーなども含め、色々な伏線がピタッとはまるのが気持ちいいです。
ただ、離婚しかけの妻とのエピソードは果たして必要だったのかどうか…（たぶんそのほうがウケがいいからだろうけど）。

ビデオで見るにはこの、ジャンルの不透明さに、つい途中で切りそうになるのですが、映画館で観る分には途中で出ない限り、いい感じで劇場を後に出来るのではないでしょうか。

最後まで見ると、そうなのかと思うこともあるのですが、途中が単調なような気がします。
撮り方なども、それほど手間もかけていないようです。

おもしろいと思います。主人公はむしろ、サミュエル・ジャクソンの方でしょう。なかなかの怪演です。ブルース・ウィリスは相変わらずの「ぼやき節」です。そのせいで例によってだらだら感が出てしまうのですが.....。最後の結末は、それほどびっくりでも無いですが、なるほど感はありますので見ても損ではないのでは。どうしても「シックス・センス」の印象で見てしまう人もいるかと思いますが、あまりその辺は考えずに見た方が面白いと思います。一応★４つ
