前にSIMPLE2000シリーズとして発売されていたタイトルの強化版
として一般的なソフトの値段として発売されました。
前作の問題外の操作感覚の改善がされていれば・・とちょっとは
期待したのですが、やはり見事に裏切られました。
コンセプトは面白いと思うのですが、いかんせん肝心のレース部分
が腐っています。リアルなわけでも、走っていて楽しくなるように
補正してるわけでもなく、うそ臭い挙動の変な動きの車の操作は、
はっきりいって不快です。
面白く出来そうなコンセプトだけに残念で仕方ありません。

基本的に首都高バトルシリーズと同じ機軸なのだが
族車に特化したことで成功をおさめた。
グランツーリスモ等のリアルシミュレーター系のカーレース好きの方には最初、リアルでないマシンの挙動になれないかもしれない。
ただゲームにはゲームなりの爽快感が不可欠なので割り切れば問題なし。
ただアクセル全開でぶっ飛ばすことが大好きな方にはお勧めの一本なのだ。
