●赤外線通信で簡単にプリント
   カメラ付き携帯電話の赤外線通信機能を使用して簡単にプリントが可能で、ケーブルの接続やメディアの抜き差しなどの面倒な操作が不要。
   また、赤外線通信が可能なカメラ付き携帯電話全機種（※1）に対応。
   （※1）平成16年1月20現在、国内発売品で画像が送信できる機種/同社調べ。

●電源ONだけの簡単操作
   プリンターは電源を入れるだけの簡単操作で、あとは携帯電話からプリントしたい画像データを選んで送信するだけで簡単にプリントできる。
   また、リピートボタンを押すだけで、最後にプリントした画像の再プリントも簡単にできる。

●小型軽量・充電いらずで持ち運びOK
   小型一次電池（リチウム電池CR2×2本）で、約100枚ものプリントが可能。
   充電の必要もないため、いつでもどこでもプリントでき、利用シーンが広がる。

●高速画像書き込み
 「チェキ」用の高感度フィルム（ISO800）を使用。また、三原色（R/G/B）をほぼ同時に高速記録する「線順次露光方式」の採用により、画像データ受信後、わずか約15秒（※2）でフィルムへの画像書き込みが完了し、フィルムが送り出される。
   （※2）フィルム出力後、約24秒（25℃の場合）で画像が出始める。

●「チェキ」用フィルム使用
・コンビニエンスストアやカメラ店、家電店など多くの窓口で手軽に買えるので、大切なプリントチャンスを逃さない。
・ミッキ-マウス、ハローキティ、ドラえもん等の絵柄がフィルムのフレーム部分にあらかじめ印刷されている「絵柄入りフレームタイプ」もあり、携帯電話からのプリントを一層楽しくする。

爆発的に普及したカメラ付きケータイ。でも撮影した画像はメールでは送れるけれど、やっぱりプリントして保存しておきたい。そんな要望にお応えした専用プリンタ。撮影した画像を赤外線で転送して手軽にプリント。プリントエンジンは「チェキ!」と同等、フィルムも「チェキ!」用を使うので用紙やインクは不要です。

ずーっと買おうかどうしようかと悩んでいて１１月にやっと買ったのですが、買った直後にPIVIの存在を知り、ショックを受けました。
PIVIはお値段も変わらないのにおしゃれでかわいい色があるし、フィルムも安いのです。でも、PIVIのフィルムは今のところあまり見かけません。チェキのフィルムはコンビニでも売っています。ＮＰ-１は使い方もかんたんで携帯の画像をアウトプットするには問題はないです。でも、PIVIの方が写真の出来上がりが早いのだろうなーと思います。今後のPIVIとチェキの販売状況がどうなるのか気になるところです。。

今や、発売されるほとんどの携帯電話にはカメラが内蔵されているが、その画像を簡単にしかもきれいにプリントアウトできるのがこのプリンター！しかも面倒なメディアの抜き差しや、ケーブル接続もなく、赤外線通信でプリントできてしまうすぐれもの。(焼き増しもボタンひとつでOK)前までは、ドコモにしか対応していなかったが各社に対応してマイナーチェンジした。特筆は、電池式なので充電の必要がなく、また専用フィルムがコンビニなどで簡単に買えることなどなど・・・携帯電話カメラを頻繁に使う人には絶対お勧めです！でも、値段がちょっと高いので(＼18,000ちょっと)星４つです・・・

私の携帯が赤外線通信付きだったので、送信するだけでプリント出来るものが欲しいと思ってたらこんなのあったんですね。ウソみたいに簡単に写真になって感激しました。デジカメモードで撮ったものなら普通の写真とそんなに見劣りしないし。難点はフィルムが高いことですね。別買いだったし。それと携帯買い換える時はまた赤外線通信付いたの買わないと、使えなくなっちゃうことですかね。
