くるり主催のオーディションでその圧倒的な実力でくるり一同の舌を巻かせた脅威の宅録新人、ソングライティングやメロディーセンスは他に感じさせない何かをもっている。日本のBECKといわれるのもうなずける。

どんな下手な音楽家でも一生に一度は、
”音楽の神様”が降りてくる瞬間があると思う。
降りっぱなしだったのが、あのビートルズだったわけで。
古里おさむにとって、間違いなくこのアルバムには、”音楽の神様”が降りている。
しかも、肩肘張らず、ごく自然な形で魅せてくれる。

今後、彼がどういう活躍を見せてくれるのか、僕には全く想像できないのだけれど、
でも、それでもこの曲自体が陽の目を見る機会は少ないのかもしれない。

独り暮らしのベッドに合う、最高に切ない名曲だ。
皆で音楽の神様に触れようぢゃないか。
