隆一さんといえばバラードでしょう。バラードといえばこのアルバムです。
僕は、隆一さんの全てがこのアルバムに詰まっていると思います。
隆一さんのファンはもちろん、初めて聞く人も隆一さんの全てが分かると思います。
このアルバムは聞く価値大有りですよ。

ビクターレコードさんの隆一に込めた感謝の気持ちが表れているアルバムなのではないでしょうか。隆一が世界に誇れるバラードを歌うシンガーだと認めているからこそ出せる、もしくは出したいと思う作品だと思います。彼の魅力が存分に楽しめる作品を最後に残してくれたビクターさんにも感謝です。love is...,glass,Sugar Lady といった曲で隆一のことが気になった方がいるのなら是非聞いてもらいたい１枚だと思います。

彼の歌詞世界は深いものが多いので、バラードでじっくり聴くのが一番合う様な気がします。人間、河村隆一の世界がここに有ります。
