パラレルワールドを舞台にしたリアルタイム戦略シミュレーションゲーム。全21ミッションを用意し、プレイヤーはハイテクと空軍力のアメリカ、集団戦と地上力の中国、機動性と生産性のGLAと呼ばれる世界解放軍の3勢力の中から選択し、勢力の将軍となって組織を指揮する。また、戦闘によって獲得した様々な能力を実戦に投入でき、インターフェースは、それぞれの勢力によって異なるため、勢力ごとの異なった雰囲気でゲームを行うことができる。さらに、3Dエンジン「SAGE ENGINE」の搭載により、戦車の移動跡や崩壊する建物の様子などを表現し、ステルス攻撃機・超音波爆撃機・火炎放射戦車などの様々なユニットも収録。新たに、空中戦を行うことができ、ステルス攻撃機や対空ミサイル、対空キャノンを使用した対戦を行うことや、マルチプレイにも対応し、ネットワークを介して最大8人での対戦が可能。

RTSとしてシリーズ４作目？位になるコマンド＆コンカーシリーズですが、
今作は非常に良く作りこまれていました。

アメリカ・中国・ＧＬＡ（世界解放軍。アル○イダ？）の三勢力の一つを選び
遊ぶわけですが、ゲームバランスが実に絶妙で・・・

資金は必要だがハイテクに包まれた兵器、特異的な戦闘力で翻弄するアメリカ。

コストパフォーマンスに優れ物量で圧倒する中国。（もちろん優秀な兵器ぞろいです）

そして、今作の目玉と思われるＧＬＡ。
航空兵力こそないものの、対空戦闘に優れ、自爆テロ・自爆トラック・・・・どこから現れるか分からないトンネルネットワーク・・・
言葉に表すと過激ではありますが、現代社会を模倣したこのＲＴＳは秀逸です。
グラフィックの質はＰＣスペックによりけりですが、デュロン800MHz・メモリ512ＭＢ・Radeon128MBでも遊べました。
マップエディタも付いていますし、RTSが好きな方や、興味がある方にはお勧めです。
（英語版で難しいですが。。オンライン対戦で貰えたりします）
個人的にはRTSの中でトップですね。

このシリーズは大好きです！このスケール・迫力・グラフィックがこの価格というのはとてもお買い得だと思います！
戦争系ステトラジー（それも書くなどを使っためちゃくちゃぶっ飛んだゲームに興味がある方は、絶対に買った方がいいと思います！）
最後に言っておきますが、このゲームは俺のパソコンでは、かなり重かったです！
