バンドのルーツ回帰となる通算14枚目の作品。ハードで泥臭いトラックをはじめ、マディ・ウォーターズなどのブルースの名曲を完全にエアロスミスのスタイルで解釈した形で収録。
アルバム制作スタッフとプロデューサーは77年に組んでいたのと同じ顔ぶれ。プロデューサーのジャック・ダグラスとは 『Draw The Line』 以来の顔合わせ。

　ブルースをカヴァーしまくったアルバム。確かに物凄いアレンジをしている。

　しかし、どこまでもかっこいい。なんとなく私の好きなエアロとは一線を画すものの、これはこれで素晴らしい雰囲気。ブルースの原曲がロックしている。根源的には同じ音楽なのだが。

　やんちゃなおじ様たちに乾杯。

ブルースのカヴァーって・・・これ嘘になっちゃいますよ。（笑
最早聞き比べるまでもなく原曲ぶっ壊してます。
近年のエアロにうんざりしてる人にはいいんじゃないでしょうか。
逆に「ミスアシング」や「エンジェル」のような近年のバラードなんかが好きな人は厳しいですね。
私はむしろ初期のエアロが好きなのでこのアルバムは気に入ってます。
・・・とは言っても初期のノリともまた一線を画してるわけで、この辺はあの時にしか出せないノリ、そして今しか出せないノリみたいなものを実感します。

エアロスミスは、前からカッコイイと思ってたし、弟からCDを借りてよく聴いたりしてたけど、のめり込むってほどじゃなかった。
でも今回のこのアルバムはすごく好きで、ずっと聴いています。
中でも『Baby, Please Don't Go』が一番好きです。特に『You Gotta Move(DVD)』での演奏なんか最高でした。
でもエアロスミスの大ファンである弟にはこのアルバム、あまり好評ではないようです。私はブルース好きなので、このアルバムが気に入ったのかもしれません。
