　「大人のピアノ教室」に通っている６０代後半の私にとって、待ち遠しいＣＤでした。先週の木曜日にピアノの先生から紹介された和合治久先生のミュージック・セラピーの記事を見て早速注文。土曜日の今日、到着しました。早速聴いています。

　私は、６０代後半の男性ですが、クラシックは幼いときから耳に馴染んできました。ピアノを正式に習ってはいませんが、一度は「ピアノ」を自分のものにすることが夢でした。それがなんと今年の初めに他人様から譲り受けることが出来たのです。

　一方、定年間際の頃から高血圧症、心筋梗塞、軽度の脳梗塞を併発し、通院と薬物療法を続けて今に至っています。自力の快復を目指して実行しているのがピアノと水泳、それにクラシックを聴くこと。
　ところが、モーツァルトを聴いて「循環器系疾患の予防」ができると云うではありませんか。飛びつきました。早速貴社にインターネット注文した次第です。

　今、ＣＤを聴きながらキーを叩いています。爽やかな気分で。今夜から、聴き方の指導書に従って早速活用しようと思っています。来週のピアノ教室
で先生と他の生徒（但し、私以外は奥様方ばかりですが）にＣＤの現物紹介をしようと思っています。
　私の健康のために、趣味のために、家庭の幸せのために・・・聴きます。

クラッシックを聴けば、少なくとも血圧はあがらないんじゃないか？なんておもいがちですが、思わず運転しててスピードを出したくなっちゃう曲もあります。不思議ですけど、聴くだけで効果があるとしたら、必聴の価値アリかも？モーツアルトの曲はお酒がまろやかになると聞くし、とにかく心地よい曲なので細胞から元気になりそうな気になります。

私は今までモーツァルトの代表的な曲しか
聴いてこなかったのですが
この曲には割りと聴いたことのない曲が
入っておりますので聴いていて新鮮です。

また、「血液循環系疾患の予防」効果があるのか
どうかは本当には分かりませんが
聴いていて心身ともにリフレッシュする気が
するので、聴いていて害のあるものでは
ないと思います。

曲もすてきなものばかりだと思います。

効果がある・ないにかかわらず普通にアルバムとして聴いても
いいのではないかと思います。
それでいて「血液循環系疾患の予防」になれば一石二鳥ですし。

ただ、値段の割には収録曲数が少なく
感じました。
