 「フェリシティ」というレーベル名は2004年春現在でまだ「？」かも知れない。トラットリアに幕を引いたコーネリアスやカジヒデキらと、そのスタッフたちが新たに00年代に即したニュースタンダードとライフスタイルを呈示した総合レ―ベル…とでも言えばいいだろうか。

   そのフェリシティの第1弾コンピである本作には、コーネリアスやカジヒデキは勿論、ポストロック、ポスト・ニューウェーヴの重要アーティスト、Spangle call Lilli line、Spanova、speedmeter、downyらが顔をそろえている。オリジナル未発表曲やリミックスも収録するほか、スリッツやスウェル・マップスなどのオリジナル・ニューウェーヴ作品までコンパイルしている辺りに、このレーベルの指針が見てとれる。（石角友香）

felicityレーベルからのコンピが出た。Switchで今月特集をしていたので、気になって試しに購入してみた。
名前は聞いた事があるものの、今まで買った事のなかったアーティストをまとめて聴けるという意味で、
コスト･パフォーマンスも良いかな？と。全然ジャンルの違うと思っていたアーティスト達が、こんな風に

並ぶと妙に統一感があるのも、今まで思っていなかった事なので、とても驚いた。これぞコンピの醍醐味。
決して寄せ集めで無い、良質な音源をまとめたfelicityに拍手。ジャケットもストイックな感じがする
白に統一。中には歴代のジャケットの写真が入っていて、今後これを頼りに買えるのも親切。80分近くの

収録時間ですが、さらっと聴けてしまった。「レーベル買いが出来る」という言葉は信じて良いかも(笑)。
お得な一枚ではないでしょうか。
