デザインも良く、しかも使える一品です。
網の部分がメッシュ状で細かいので、麹味噌なのどのカスもきちんとキャッチしてくれます。
難をいえば、取っ手の部分が少し短いかなぁという事。
お鍋上でシャカシャカしている時少し熱いです。
でも、この長さかさ張らなくって良いのですが…

カレーのルーを溶くのにも使っています。塊が残らないので、いいですよ。みそこしに付いてくる小さな穴じゃくしも味噌をすくうのにちょうどよい大きさです。

意外と、朝の味噌汁や吸い物の出しをとる習慣は淡々と地道な作業だったりしますが、OXOの味噌こしセットを使うと、毎日の朝の時間が楽しく美しい時間に生まれ変わります。

他にも、小さな野菜をちょちょいとボイルしたり、スープストックを溶いたりと、活用範囲は広く、フックを鍋にひっかけたまま、他の作業も効率的にこなせるのも魅力です。

片手でひょいっと自在に操れる軽快さと、形態の美しさが魅力の味噌こしです。
