   ドイツで1919年に誕生して以来、さまざまなケーキ型やクッキー型などを開発・製造してきたカイザー社。ケーキ型専門メーカーとしてヨーロッパNo.1、全世界でもNo.2のシェアを誇る。

   本製品は鉄製の型にはフッ素樹脂加工が施された180×180mmのエンゼルケーキ型。なぜ「エンゼル」かと言うと、天使の頭の上にある輪のような形状だからで、リング型とは同類。中心に穴があいているので熱効率がよいため焼きムラも起こらず、型からもスルッと外せるので、短時間で焼きたいときやケーキ作り初心者にオススメ。

   この型でフルーツケーキを焼き、パウダーシュガーでお化粧をすればプレゼント用としてもピッタリ。ケーキだけでなく、ババロアやゼリーを作ってもいいし、お菓子ではないがミートローフなどを焼いて、真ん中の穴に茹で野菜などを飾り付けてソースをかければ、普段地味な料理でもお洒落なパーティー料理に大変身する。（三井貴美子）

ハンドミキサーと、この型と、ボウルさえあれば、とりあえず
大原照子さんの「一つのボウルでできるお菓子」で
紹介されているケーキは全部作ることができる。
一時期はまり込んで、ずいぶん作った。秋から冬にかけて、
八百屋で紅玉を見かけると、大原さんのレシピで
りんごケーキが作りたくなる。しみじみとおいしい。

内面にフッ素樹脂加工してあるので、
焼きあがったケーキを型から抜くときも楽だし、
洗う時も汚れが残りにくい。ちょっと面倒くさがりやさんで、でも
ケーキを作りたいし、という人にはおすすめ。

本当にきれいに型からはずれ、大きさもちょうど良かったです＾＾
色々な型を持っていますが、もっとはやく欲しかった！と思いました！！お菓子作り、初心者の方にもぜひ勧めたいです＾＾毎日のようにお菓子作りをしていますが、最近は　登場回数ナンバーワンです！

ある個人のブログでカイザーのエンゼルケーキ型を紹介して、初心者でもちゃんと美味しく
ケーキが焼けるそうなので、早速購入してみました。
合わせて紹介されていた、大原照子さんの「1つのボウルでできるお菓子」も買いました。
このレシピ本の焼きあがったケーキの写真がとっても美味しそうです。

バナナケーキ、りんごケーキ、豆腐バナナケーキを焼いてみましたが、中までしっかり
焼くのに時間が短くなり、均一な焼き上がりで、中央が生焼けなんてことはありません。
それに、出来上がったケーキの形がとっても可愛くて、最近はもっぱらエンゼルケーキ型で
焼いています。

テフロン加工ですが、型にバターを塗ってから焼くと、あっけないくらいスポッと型から
抜けてくれます。

この型を1つ持っていれば、手軽に美味しいケーキが焼き上がります。
本当に優れもののケーキ型です。
