   ヴォーカルの志村正彦を中心とする5人組バンドで、本作はインディー時代の2枚の作品から選曲したというメジャー・プレ・デビュー盤。一言でいえばはっぴいえんどの系譜に連なる文学的ロックなのだが、風景描写に長け日本語の響きを重視した歌詞、真摯で直情的なヴォーカル、ハモンド・オルガンを中心に夏の陽炎のような眩しい音像を生み出すバンド・サウンドと、すでに独自の個性が確立していると言っていい。メロディー・センスも非凡で、「ダンス2000」や「環状七号線」あたりは歌謡曲的な哀愁のメロディーが冴えている。単にエモーショナルというだけではない、多くの可能性を秘めたバンドだ。（小山 守）

全部いい！
特にいいのが、
「花屋の娘」
「ダンス２０００」
「笑ってさよなら」。
何回聞いても飽きません！
むしろ聞くたびに味がでてきて、
中毒状態になります。
歌謡曲的なメロディーと歌詞がたまらない！

現在の、へんてこだけど洗練された音とは違い、ごたっとした古臭い雰囲気があってまたそこが良いです
へんてこなのは変わらないですが(笑)
懐メロ好きにも良いのではと思います

1.茜色の夕日･･･ライブでアンコールに良く使われる名曲。コーラスが良いです。　
2.花屋の娘･････ノリの良いテンポの速い曲。歌詞が面白いです。　
3.線香花火･････昭和初期っぽい曲です。テンポの速い感じです。　
4.ダンス2000・・飛び跳ねれる曲です。まさにダンス！
5.環状七号線・・暗い感じの曲ですが、きちんと盛り上がります。
6.浮雲・・スローな曲。名曲なのですが、なぜか飛ばしてしまいます・。
7.笑ってサヨナラ・・明るい感じのスローな曲です。

■歌詞がヘンテコな部分もありますが、きちんと世界を持っていて、素敵な曲たちです。
■キーボードとギターの組み合わせが新鮮に聞こえます。
☆オススメ！！
