5.0 out of 5 stars ロマンスをDVD-Aで聴いてみる。, 2004/5/20
CDと比べると映像写真が６枚収録されているのがファンには嬉しい特典か？。音質についてはDVD-Aとしての音質の向上が著しい。
ヴァイオリンの鮮明な音が際立って美しく奏でられている。
CDを聴くとやはり鮮明さに欠 ける。スピーカーの前に何か障害物の板の様な物を置いた音に感じる。全体的にボケた音質。ヴァイオリンの切れが無い。

DVD-Aのマルチチャンネルはヴァイオリンの臨場感が物凄く良い。存在感が比べ物にならないくらいはっきりしている。反響音が 非常にリアル。まさにホールで聴いている感じ。スピーカーの置き場所がある方は是非ともお勧め。

マルチチャンネルが良いかどうかは音楽ソフトや個人個人の感覚によるものなので甲乙つけがたいがDVD-Aの音質はとても良い。良い音を再生するには、CDプレーヤーやオーディオ機材に大金がかかってしまうケースがほとんど。DVD-Aならば再生出来るプレーヤーをチョイスする事で、この様な高音質が手に入るのにはとても魅力的で経済的であると思う。しかし、わざわざ次世代オーディオ対応と言った売り文句の周辺機材に買い換えるほどでもない。極端だがマルチチャンネルならば臨場感があるので、それなりのオーディオ機材でも楽しめるのではないだろうか？現段階ではSACDと比べても良い音質の録音が多い。SACDはDSDレコーディングでなければそれほど魅力は感じられない気がする。DVD-Aは今までの録音方式（PCM録音）にあたるものなので応用が効くのだろう。しかし、ソフトの数がやはりまだまだ少ない。開発メーカーは必死だろうが、規格競争も最終的には我々消費者に跳ね返ってくるもの。
ユーザーにとって一番怖いのは生産中止と言う問題もあるが。

しかし将来的な先行きははっきりしないが、とにかく高水準の音楽を楽しめるのは間違いない。非常に感動できる再生音である。

奥村愛さんのロマンスをDVD-AUDIOで聴いて、非常に良い録音であり、まるでコンサートホールにいるようでした。実際に、奥村愛さんのコンサートに行ったことがありますが、その記憶がよみがえってきます。とにかく、音質、臨場感はCDとは比較にならないほど質の高い素晴らしいものでした。是非聴いてみて下さい。

私はDVD-VIDEOで聴いているのですがCDとは違いコンサートホールの雰囲気がとてもよい。ロンドンデリーの唄などはオーケストラをバックに奥村愛のヴァイオリンがなんともいえない。早くDVD-AUDIOで聴きたいがAMPも変えなければ成らずとても手が出ない。
