アーケードで人気の高い格闘ゲーム，「ギルティギア」の，「ゼクスプラス」に続く作品。前作以上に，完成度の高い作品だと思います（＾＾）登場キャラクターも，新たに「イノ」，「ザッパ」，「スレイヤー」，「ブリジット」の４人が追加されました。ゲームのシステムも，アーケード，バーサス（２Ｐ，ＣＰＵ），トレーニング，サバイバル，ミッション，ストーリー，ギャラリーと，前作と同様ですが，新たにＭ.Ｏ.Ｍモード（勲章がでる勝ち抜き戦）が追加されました。また，コマンドにも，サイクバースト（瞬時に無敵になって相手を吹き飛ばす），ダストアタック（相手がしゃがみガードが不可の技）などと，新たなコマンドが追加されました。各キャラクターの個性の豊かさ，グラフィック，ＢＧＭ等，すばらしいです。是非，まだプレイしたことのない方，そして，この「イグゼクス」はしたことがないが，「イスカ」はもうプレイしたという方に，おススメの作品です。ストーリーモードで，「イスカ」に登場する「アバ」以外の各キャラクターのことがわかると思いますので（＾＾）

新作が出ましたが、今遊んでも十二分に楽しめます。普通に対戦で遊ぶのは勿論の事、語るべきはやはり、ストーリーモードです。この作品からでたキャラの話も、既存のキャラの話もきちんとあります。全てフルボイスで喋り、キャラどうしの会話が面白いです。ストーリーモードのみの特殊な戦闘シーンも一見の価値ありです。欠点をあげますと、ギャラリーの開示条件が厳しいです。ミッションモードを全てクリアするのは、並の技術では無理です。困難の極み。ベスト版なのですから、無条件で見れるか、条件を緩やかにしてほしかったです。

現在では、新シリーズも続々出ていてますます期待大のゲームです。過去の作品の中でも素晴らしい秀作だと思います。格闘ゲーム好きの方には是非お勧めしたいです。モードもたくさんあって、なかなか飽きません。ですが・・・ストーリーモードは、ギルティギアという世界観が解っていないと非常に解りにくい内容となっております。

「格ゲーが好きだ」「ギルティギアそのものが好きだと」いう方には絶対おすすめです。また、初心者の方にも練習すればそれなりに勝てますので、買って損はないはず。これを期に「ギルティギア」というゲームに興味をもたれた方はこれより過去の作品に触れてみてください。
